About Event
At the CHRO Club meeting with the theme of "Staying Happy" hosted by Galatasaray University, the CHROs of the institutions on the list of Turkey's Happiest Workplaces came together and shared their best practices that make employee happiness sustainable. Strategies that strengthen employee experience, approaches to maintain happiness in the corporate culture and real examples from the field offered valuable insights on how happiness can be made sustainable in the business world. This special sharing created an inspiring basis for leaders who want to embed happiness into the DNA of their institutions.
