Improve diversity to stay competitive
An insurance company needed to set a new long-term strategy to attract and retain the diverse talent required to stay competitive. Some well-intentioned initiatives to achieve diversity had failed or even produced negative outcomes. After quantifying workforce needs across the business, we shaped a comprehensive two-year employer branding strategy that included strategic collaborations and a recruiting model redesign. As the project continues, within nine months, the company saw a 40 percent decrease in attrition while increasing the number of women in leadership roles by 20 percent.
Accurate positioning for differentiation
An automotive company created its Employer Brand through work with a PR firm. However, the brand promise and positioning were not in line with the company realities. The new branding had caused inconvenience to existing employees. New hires, on the other hand, were faced with a different environment than they were promised. We revised the company’s EVP and positioning to reflect company realities, through extensive interviews and competitive analysis. Although the project was completed more than 5 years ago, the company still communicates on the basis of the same Employer Brand.
Repositioning employer brand for new normal
A well-established energy company was losing critical employees in the era of great resignation with the pandemic, and was having difficulty filling vacancies. Its strong corporate stance fell short of attracting and retaining employees in the new normal. Through in-depth analyzes we conducted across the company, we identified the actual reasons for employee turnover. We identified the changing expectations of the employees needed for critical positions. We updated the company’s Employer Brand positioning. We created customized value propositions for different positions. This helped the company stop the storm of turnover and fill vacancies.
