The World’s Most Admired CHROs List – Methodology
The World’s Most Admired CHROs List is determined exclusively by the votes of HR leaders, professionals, and consultants with a minimum of two years of professional experience in Human Resources within their respective countries. The list is entirely vote-based. No additional qualitative or quantitative criteria are applied beyond the voting process.
Candidate Eligibility

CHROs of global companies operating in each country are considered natural candidates for the list.

In addition, CHROs of organizations with 500 or more employees may be included in the candidate pool if they formally express their interest and contact the Happy Place to Work® team during the nomination phase.
Only CHROs who meet these criteria and are included in the official candidate list are eligible to receive votes.
