About Event
“Where Are the Youth Going?” At our themed CHRO Club meeting, we brought together the most up-to-date insights about the young generations shaping the future of the business world. The comprehensive research conducted by Akan Abdula from FutureBright Group on youth in the workplace revealed young people's expectations, values and perspectives on working life with striking data.
Dr. The 2024 Youth Survey shared by Fatoş Karahasan discussed young people's motivation sources, priorities in job selection and expectations from institutions from a broader perspective.
During the meeting, we had the opportunity to closely listen to the practices of different companies towards young talents, how they transform the work culture according to the needs of young people, and how they establish a new relationship dynamic between youth and institutions.
